Botanist & Barrel and DeFi Wines is the South’s first natural cidery and winery and the first to craft pét-nat ciders in the Southeast. Everything we do starts with local fruit, think heirloom apples, muscadines, blueberries that are grown spray-free on our farm or sourced from neighbors who farm the right way. We make cider the slow way, with fruit that never needed fixing.

Our ciders and wines are alive, wild-fermented, unfiltered, gluten-free, and never pasteurized.
