Raclette Pop Up in Asheville [Friday, Nov 20th]

We're firing up the plancha for a Raclette Pop Up, and things are about to get gloriously cheesy.

We're melting beautiful Alpine cheese and pouring it over crispy smashed potatoes with pickles and apple butter. For those who believe there's no such thing as TOO much of a good thing, we've got some pretty ridiculous extras lined up, including local veggies, meats and roasted grapes.

Want to guarantee yourself a seat?

Only 16 reservations open for 6pm. Your reservation fee goes straight toward your final bill, so you're simply saving yourself a spot.

Please arrive between 5 and 6pm. We'll hold your seat until 6, then open everything seating up first come, first served. No refunds on reso fee unless cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Walk ins are always welcome!

And as always, no mean people. Good cheese deserves good company. Gluten free menu.
